1 cup GF oats
1 cup almond flour
1/2 -1 cup quinoa flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of coconut oil
3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of pumpkin (or 2 eggs)
sunflower seeds
chocolate chips
raisins
(mix wet ingredients, mix all dry ingredients other than quinoa flour, combine both and then add enough quinoa flour to thicken the batter until you can drop it like a biscuit)
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
